Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Jenna’s goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel at ease and move through therapy at your own pace. Jenna takes a warm, empathetic and holistic approach, viewing you as the expert on your own life and therapy as a collaborative process.
She specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, ages 10-35, who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and major life transitions. Her approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She also has specialized training in trauma informed care, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
Together, Jenna builds the understanding, skills and confidence to manage challenges, strengthen your mental health and develop the insight and confidence to navigate life’s inevitable changes.
When she is not in the therapist chair, she enjoys running and has trained for several marathons. She loves spending time outside with her Australian Shepherd puppy and connecting with her family, especially her nephews!
