I view therapy as a collaborative partnership—one where clients are empowered to explore new ways of thinking, strengthen self-awareness, and make informed decisions that align with their values and life goals. My role is to walk alongside clients with compassion, insight, and respect, helping them uncover their own strengths and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. Creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space is central to my practice.
My areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, and relationship challenges. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions and helping them develop healthier thought patterns, emotional resilience, and more fulfilling interpersonal connections.
With a client-centered approach, my work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. These tools allow me to truly meet each client where they are, tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our two children.
